Abid Khan

Founder, Unqode
Senior UX Leader | Enterprise & AI Product Design

Abid Khan is the founder of Unqode and a senior UX leader with over 17+ years of experience designing and scaling digital products across enterprise, fintech, and SaaS ecosystems.

Before founding Unqode, Abid worked as a Lead Product Designer at Knowlarity, where he led the redesign of the company’s flagship product, Super Receptionist, along with its website experience—improving usability, customer journeys, and overall product adoption.

He has also contributed to high-scale fintech platforms, working on products such as PayU, LazyPay, Citrus, and PayUmoney, where he designed critical user journeys like onboarding, payments, checkout, and dashboards in fast-paced, high-availability environments.

Currently, Abid leads UX strategy for enterprise-scale, AI-powered products, working across industries like finance and insurance. His work focuses on building data-driven, scalable systems that align user experience with business outcomes.

At Unqode, he brings this experience into every project—ensuring that design decisions are not just creative, but strategic, measurable, and built for real-world impact.
