Infinita Lab, headquartered in Newark, CA, provides material testing services in the USA. They have a wide network of material testing labs and offer customized testing services to scientists, manufacturers, and other customers to fulfill their material testing needs.

In its early days, Infinita Lab approached Unqode to redesign its website. The company was facing challenges in generating leads through the existing website. Unqode took on the challenge of transforming its digital presence and focusing on enhancing user experience and building trust.

The Challenge

To effectively design for an audience of highly experienced industry experts from the United States, it was necessary to understand the users’ needs and behavior. Our focus is on making the website user-friendly, easy to navigate, and aligned with the specific needs of labs, scientists, and manufacturers. A challenge we face is the dominance of competitors like Intertek in the industry, making it difficult for Infinita Lab to stand out. Additionally, the market lacks a direct and simple solution to streamline testing requests across multiple testing methods.

Our challenge is to position Infinita Lab as a trusted solution and build a user experience that reflects their strengths: accuracy, speed, and comprehensive testing options.

Low Website Visibility

The existing site was not effectively reaching or attracting the right audience, hence resulting in less number of leads

Users struggled to navigate the website and find the relevant material testing services quickly and efficiently
The website failed to build credibility with potential customers which impacting business growth
Established competitors like Intertek made it difficult for Infinita Lab to stand out in the market
Users found it hard to explore or understand the comprehensive range of testing services available

The Goal
