Organic traffic was 4,200 visits/month but generating fewer than 30 signups. The content team had published 80+ posts in 18 months. Almost none targeted bottom-of-funnel intent.
What we found
Keyword audit revealed the content strategy was optimised for awareness-stage terms with no commercial intent. Competitor analysis found 12 high-intent keyword clusters competitors ranked for that were completely unaddressed. Six existing posts were cannibalising each other for the same terms.
