Design your product.
Ship with confidence.
Figma-first product design for B2B SaaS teams. From discovery to developer handoff — dashboards, onboarding flows, design systems, and everything in between.
Shipping without design is slower than it looks.
The cost of skipping design shows up in developer rework, confused users, and a product that never quite looks ready.
Development slows to a crawl because specs are unclear or incomplete
Inconsistent UI across features makes the product feel cobbled together
Onboarding confuses new users and support tickets pile up in week one
There's no design system, so every new screen looks slightly different
Redesigns take months of back-and-forth and still miss what users actually need
What we design
Eight product types. All of them well.
We focus entirely on product UI — not brand, not marketing, not print. These are the things we design, deeply.
SaaS dashboards
Data-rich dashboards that inform decisions without overwhelming users. We design for clarity, density, and the workflows your users actually run every day.
Onboarding flows
First impressions that turn signups into activated users. We map every step from account creation to first value and remove every unnecessary obstacle.
Admin panels
Complex internal tools that people can actually use. We make configuration, user management, and permissions understandable — even for non-technical admins.
Settings & billing UIs
The parts of your product most teams design last and users hate most. We design settings and billing flows that are clear, trustworthy, and frustration-free.
Mobile apps (iOS/Android)
Native-feeling mobile experiences designed to platform standards. Whether it's a companion app or a standalone product, we design for thumb reach and real usage patterns.
Landing pages
Conversion-focused landing pages designed alongside your product. Consistent design language, clear hierarchy, and copy that converts — not just looks good.
Design systems
A single source of truth for your entire product. Tokens, components, usage guidelines — everything your team needs to build consistently without asking a designer every time.
Data visualisations
Charts, graphs, and data displays that actually communicate what the numbers mean. We design for comprehension, not decoration.
Five steps.
One clear path.
No surprises.
Every engagement follows the same rigorous process. You know what happens each week before we start.
Start a projectDiscovery & research
We dig into your product, your users, and your goals. We review existing designs, talk to stakeholders, and map the user journeys we're designing for before we sketch a single screen.
Information architecture
Before visual design, we structure the product. Navigation, content hierarchy, user flows — we map out how information is organised so every design decision is grounded in logic.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity wireframes for every screen and state. We present these for feedback before investing in visual polish — so we are not redesigning pixel-perfect screens because the structure was wrong.
Visual design
Full visual design in Figma. Components built with auto-layout, consistent tokens, and every state covered — default, hover, active, empty, error, loading. Nothing left for your developers to guess.
Handoff & support
We organise the Figma file for developer handoff, annotate edge cases, record a walkthrough video, and stay on for 2 weeks to answer implementation questions. You ship with confidence.
Six deliverables.
Everything your team needs.
You should know exactly what you're getting before you commit. Here is every output from every full design engagement.
Start a projectComplete Figma file
Fully organised with named layers, frames, and sections. Auto-layout throughout. Built for handoff, not just presentation.
Design system + component library
Reusable components, colour tokens, typography scales, spacing systems, and usage guidelines — everything your team needs to build consistently.
Developer handoff specs
Annotated Figma screens with spacing, typography, colour values, and interaction notes. Your developers should never have to guess.
Interaction prototype
A clickable Figma prototype for key flows so stakeholders can experience the design before a single line of code is written.
Edge case documentation
Every empty state, error state, loading state, and edge case accounted for. The screens your design needs but most agencies forget.
2-week post-handoff support
Two weeks of Slack or email support after delivery. Developer questions, small adjustments, and implementation clarifications — all included.
Design results
What we designed.
What changed after.
The problem
A project management SaaS had an onboarding drop-off rate of 64% and a support team drowning in tickets from users who could not find core features.
What we designed
We redesigned the main dashboard and navigation architecture — simplifying the primary nav from 14 items to 6, surfacing the three actions users took 80% of the time, and redesigning the empty states to guide instead of confuse.
40% reduction in support tickets in the 8 weeks following launch. Onboarding completion rate improved from 36% to 61%.
The problem
A sales intelligence platform had a 7-day activation rate of 18%. Users were signing up, seeing the product, and leaving without reaching the 'aha moment'. The team had tried 4 onboarding variants with no meaningful change.
What we designed
We rebuilt the entire onboarding flow around a single insight: users needed to see value with their own data, not sample data. We redesigned the import flow to take under 90 seconds and restructured the first-run experience to surface a personalised insight within 3 minutes.
Activation rate went from 18% to 43% — a 2.4× improvement. Sales team reported that demos converted better because prospects could reference their own trial experience.
Right for you if…
SaaS teams shipping features without a dedicated designer on the team
Founders who have a development team ready but no design to hand them
Teams whose product works but looks and feels unpolished — and they know it's costing them
Companies preparing for a fundraise or enterprise sales pitch who need the product to look credible
Teams pre-product or pre-PMF — you need strategy and user research before design
Teams needing print, brand identity, or marketing design — that is a different discipline
Three scopes. All transparent.
One screen or feature designed end-to-end. Best when you have a specific gap — a new feature, a redesigned settings page, or a landing page that needs to match the rest of the product.
End-to-end design for a product or major feature set. Includes discovery, information architecture, wireframes, visual design, and complete handoff. The most common starting point for teams who don't have a designer.
A complete design system built from your existing product or from scratch. Tokens, components, usage guidelines, and a Figma library your whole team can use to build consistently forever.
Why so much less than Western agencies? We are India-based. Our cost base is lower — passed directly to clients, not pocketed as inflated day rates.

Common questions about product design.
If your question isn't here, book a free call — we'll answer it.
Ask us anythingDo you work in Figma?
Yes — Figma is our primary design tool for every engagement. You'll receive a fully organised file with named layers, component libraries, auto-layout throughout, and developer handoff specs. If you use a different tool, let us know on the scoping call and we'll discuss options.
What if we need changes after handoff?
Every engagement includes 2 weeks of post-handoff support. If your developers have questions, spot inconsistencies, or you need a small adjustment, we handle it at no additional cost. After the 2-week window, changes are scoped and quoted separately.
Do you build the code too?
We are design-only. We deliver production-ready Figma files with developer handoff specs your engineers can work from directly. If you need implementation help, we can refer you to trusted development partners we have worked with.
How involved do we need to be?
We need 2–3 hours from your team in week one for a discovery session. After that, we share progress at each milestone — wireframes, visual design — and need 1–2 days of feedback per round. You are not managing the project day-to-day. You are reviewing and approving.
Do you need a design brief first?
No. Most clients come to us without a formal brief. We run a structured discovery session to extract the information we need — goals, users, constraints, and what good looks like. If you have existing research or a brief, we use it. If not, we build the picture ourselves.
Can you work with our existing design system?
Yes. If you have an existing component library or design system, we design within it. If it has gaps or inconsistencies, we flag them and can extend it as part of the engagement. We do not impose a new system on a product that already has one.
